• Deposits:
  To confirm a safari and dates a deposit of 50% of the total daily rate is required.
   
• Balance:
  Balance of the daily rate is payable on day of arrival and trophy fees are payable on completion of the safari, BEFORE departure.
   
• Method of payment
  Transfers only before the start of the safari, on arrival the only type of payment accepted is Travelers cheques or cash.
   
• Cancellations:
  Deposits are non refundable if client cancels within 6(six) months of the contracted starting date of his/her safari. It is recommended that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
  
  In case of paying back a deposit on daily rate, a 10% fee will be deducted from the deposit.
   
• Liability:
  While every effort is made to safeguard you and your property, CDPS wants to bring to your attention that you accept the risk involved in participating in this type of safari run by CDPS. CDPS accepts no responsibility and is not liable for any loss, accident or illness arising during and after your safari.
   
• Insurance and indemnity
  You are not covered by any insurance while you are on safari. You are advised to take out full medical cover and travel insurance for the duration of your safari. By booking and paying a deposit for a safari, you are deemed to have accepted these Liability and Insurance clauses.
