Daily Rate includes:
- Services of Professional
hunters and staff.
- Hunting vehicle.
- All transport within hunting
area where hunters are based.
(This does
not include transfers to/from International Airport and transfers
between different hunting destinations)
- 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) on
daily rate.
- Accommodation in the hunting
area.
- Daily rate is calculated by
overnight stay in camp.
- All meals, including liquor
served in camp in moderation.

- Daily laundry.
- Field preparation of trophies.
Daily Rate excludes:
- Transfers from Johannesburg/OR
Tambo International Airport to hunting destination and back.
- Transfers to different hunting
destinations further than 300km.
- Accommodation before and after
the safari.
- Specially requested imported
food and drinks.
- Telephone calls, faxes and
internet use by clients.
- Trophy fees of animals.
(Note:
wounded animals will be charged in full PLUS 14% VAT)
- Conservation fund at €10 or $10
per trophy taken.
- License fees where applicable
- Permit fees where applicable.
- CITES license fees where
applicable.
- Dip, pack and shipment of
trophies.
- Taxidermist costs
- Firearm permits.
- Hire of firearms at €30 / $50
per day, ammo at cost.
- Gratuities to professional
hunters and staff.
- Any chartered flights.
